1. Who we are

This Privacy Notice explains how Robyn Minici ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Love Magnet Score, collects and uses personal data when you use our website and services. We act as the data controller of the personal data described below.

2. Personal data we collect

  • Contact data — your email address, provided when you unlock your full report.
  • Quiz responses — your answers to the assessment, used to generate your personalized report. Stored in your browser (localStorage).
  • Purchase data — a record that an email completed a purchase, the product, transaction ID, amount, and timestamp.
  • Support messages — content of any emails you send us.
  • Usage and technical data — IP address, browser/device identifiers, pages viewed, and similar telemetry, collected automatically when you use the site.

Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Paddle. We never receive or store your card information.

3. How we use your data and our legal basis

  • Deliver the service — generate your report, grant access on the device used and on any device where you re-enter your email (legal basis: performance of a contract).
  • Customer support — respond to your messages (legitimate interests; performance of a contract).
  • Security and fraud prevention — detect abuse, protect the service and our users (legitimate interests; legal obligation).
  • Product improvement — understand aggregate use of the site to improve content (legitimate interests).
  • Legal compliance — meet tax, accounting, and other legal obligations (legal obligation).

4. Who we share data with

  • Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record, which handles checkout, payment, subscription management (where applicable), tax compliance, invoicing, and customer service for orders. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
  • Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, email delivery, and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under contract.
  • Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and tax advisers, where reasonably necessary.
  • Authorities — government bodies or law enforcement where required by applicable law.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Our service providers may be located outside your country, including in the United States. Where data is transferred from the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Data retention

We keep purchase records for as long as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes (typically up to 7 years). Email addresses used for product delivery are kept while the service is active and deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Quiz responses stored in your browser stay on your device until you clear them.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent. UK/EEA residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. We aim to respond to requests within one month.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and limiting service-role database access to verified backend code. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and review our practices regularly.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small amount of essential browser storage (localStorage) to remember your quiz answers and email between sessions. We may also use limited analytics to understand traffic in aggregate. We do not use marketing cookies or cross-site tracking. You can clear browser storage at any time via your browser settings.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
