1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Love Magnet Score (the "Service"), operated by Robyn Minici ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The service

Love Magnet Score provides a self-assessment quiz and personalized digital report focused on relationship readiness and self-worth. The Service is delivered as digital content and is intended for personal, reflective use only. It is not therapy, medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) engage in fraud, spam, or abusive behavior; (c) infringe intellectual property or other rights of any party; (d) interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including probing, scanning, scraping, distributing malware, or attempting to gain unauthorized access.

5. Intellectual property

All content within the Service — including the quiz, reports, affirmations, journal prompts, written copy, branding, and underlying software — is owned by Robyn Minici and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the report you purchase for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce the content without written permission.

6. Payments, billing, and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for details on requesting a refund.

7. No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific outcome in your personal life or relationships.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for: (a) material breach of these Terms; (b) non-payment; (c) suspected fraud or security risk; or (d) repeated or serious violations of our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the seller resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
