How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund:

  1. Email hello@lovemagnetscore.com with the email address you used at checkout and the approximate date of your order.
  2. We'll verify your order and issue the refund through Stripe.

Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
