How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
  2. Request a refund directly through Paddle's portal, or contact Paddle support.
  3. Alternatively, email hello@lovemagnetscore.com and we'll help.

Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
